No. Every tier unlocks all 10 revenue streams. Higher tiers unlock deeper unilevel commission levels and higher rank ceilings, but the plan is designed so any entry point can earn on every stream.

You pay only the DIFFERENCE between your current tier and the new one — not the full new-tier price. Example: if you're on Quick Start (Php 2,600) and upgrade to Business Builder (Php 7,800), you pay Php 5,200.

Yes — you can upgrade tier-by-tier over time (Quick Start → Business Builder → Prime Leader → Executive), always paying just the delta. There is no lock-in or waiting period between upgrades.

Yes — an Upgrade Bonus fires for your upline sponsor(s) on the upgrade delta. That's part of why the plan works: the person who introduced you gets rewarded every time you level up.
